How do I know my order has been placed?
Upon successfully placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If there are any issues processing your order, we will notify you via email.

How do I track my order?
After placing your order, we will send you a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to view the status of your order, from processing to shipment and finally to delivery.

When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on the product page. Please take note of these timelines before proceeding to checkout. Most garments will be shipped within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Accessories typically ship within 1 week, depending on the designer and product style. These timelines are subject to product availability.

For orders within India, you can expect delivery within 3-4 days after the date of dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you notice an error in the shipping address you provided at checkout, please contact us immediately at support@pehenawa.shop or call us. Unfortunately, we are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.

Are my items insured?
Yes, all our products are insured from the moment they leave Pehenawa until they reach your delivery address. Once a package has been signed for at the delivery address, it is no longer insured. If you find that a product is damaged upon arrival, please either refuse to accept it or notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of receipt.
