At Pehenawa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the detailed instructions below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return products purchased from Pehenawa within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • All tags intact

2. Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log into your account and navigate to the “My Orders” section on the Pehenawa Website, or Mobile site.
  • Step 2: Click on the 'Return' option next to the item you wish to return.
  • Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.
  • Step 4: Make sure to note the Return ID that is generated at the end of this process, as you will need it for your return.

3. Refund Process

Refunds for returned items can be processed in the following ways:

  • Store Credits: You can opt for a refund in the form of store credits, which will be credited to your Pehenawa account and can be used for future purchases.
  • Bank Account Refund: Alternatively, you may choose to have the refund processed directly to your bank account for added convenience.
  • Refund Timing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 48 to 72 hours after the item is picked up.
    • If you choose a bank account refund, it will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

Please select your preferred refund method when initiating the return.

4. Return Pick-Up Facility

In select locations, Pehenawa offers a convenient pick-up facility. If you wish to schedule a pick-up, please follow these guidelines:

  • Preparation: Place the product(s) in a secure packet. Ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, and that all tags remain intact.
  • Pick-Up Timing: Once your return request is submitted, our courier will pick up the item(s) within 1 to 3 business days. To expedite the process, please have the packet ready.

5. Handling Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue:

  • Step 1: Click on 'Return' in the ‘My Orders’ section and follow the instructions to upload images of the product.
  • Step 2: Ensure that you provide a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures. The images should clearly highlight the damage or defect, and please mark the affected areas in red.
  • Step 3: Include an image of the original labels/tags and the invoice.

  • Any returns initiated after 7 days of receiving the product will not be considered.
