Ordering

1. How can I place an order?
To place an order with Pehenawa, follow these steps:

  • Browse Our Collection: Visit our website to explore our range of products. You can use filters to narrow down your choices based on categories, sizes, or price.
  • Add to Cart: Once you find an item you like, select the desired size and quantity, then click on the “Add to Cart” button.
  • Review Your Cart: Click on the cart icon to review your selected items. Ensure everything is correct before proceeding to checkout.
  • Checkout Process: Click on the “Checkout” button, enter your shipping address, select a payment method, and review your order details. Once confirmed, complete your payment to finalize the order.

2. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed and the payment is processed, it cannot be modified. If you need to change your order, you will need to cancel the existing order and place a new one.

Cancellation

3. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order:

  • Log In: Go to the Pehenawa App or Website and log into your account.
  • Access My Orders: Navigate to the “My Orders” section.
  • Select Order: Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the 'Cancel' option.
  • Follow Instructions: Follow any prompts to complete the cancellation process. Please note that you can only cancel an order before it has been shipped.

4. Is there a cancellation fee?
No, there are no cancellation fees. You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it is done before the order is dispatched.

Returns

5. What is the return period for products?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return products purchased from Pehenawa. To qualify for a return, the items must be unused, unwashed, and all original tags must be intact.

6. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return:

  • Log In: Access your account on the Pehenawa App or Website.
  • Navigate to My Orders: Go to the “My Orders” section.
  • Click on Return: Select the item you wish to return and click on the 'Return' option.
  • Follow Instructions: Complete the return process as instructed on the screen. Don’t forget to note down the Return ID that is generated at the end of the process, as you’ll need it for reference.

7. Can I return items bought on sale?
Yes, items purchased on sale are eligible for return, provided they meet the return conditions outlined above.

Refunds

8. What are the refund options available?
Refunds for returned items can be processed in two ways:

  • Store Credits: You can opt to receive a refund in the form of store credits. This amount will be credited to your Pehenawa account and can be used for future purchases.
  • Bank Account Refund: Alternatively, you may choose to receive the refund directly to your bank account, providing a convenient option for those who prefer it.

9. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 48 to 72 hours. If you have chosen a bank account refund, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Defective Items

10. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • Notify Us Promptly: Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. You can do this by following the return process on our app or website.
  • Upload Images: Provide clear images of the defect or damage during the return process to help us understand the issue.

11. How many pictures do I need to submit for defective items?
When reporting a defective item, you need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures. Ensure the images clearly highlight the defect, and mark the affected areas in red for clarity.

12. What happens if I report a defective item after 48 hours?
Unfortunately, complaints regarding defective or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order. Reports made after this period may not be considered for a return or exchange.
